Anyways, I dont want to play him so dont get me wrong, but i want him to pay attention to me and ask me to do stuff with him, and really start a relationship. I want him to like me. So, if you can give me some ways to play ';hard to get'; but still keep him without running him off!

Don't play hard to get. Cosmo/Redbook/Teenbeat/whatever is wrong. Playing hard to get annoys us, do it and he'll go find someone who doesn't.
