She is a good lookin' chicka, but she plays hard to get. Guys will flirt with her and let her know that they are interested and she just shys off %26amp; makes excuses. Then, when they finally give up, she wants them.How do you tell your best friend that she needs to stop playing hard to get or she maybe single forever?
Well, hazel, this is a tough one. She has probably been hurt too many times and is traumatized from that. OR, maybe she wants to test these guys to see just how ';interested'; they really are. OR, maybe she blows them off and later realizes she isn't going to get any better than them so she should've settled and thats why she decides she wants them.

Some girls are dumb are like those bad boys. But deep down, she just wants to be treated good.How do you tell your best friend that she needs to stop playing hard to get or she maybe single forever?
maybe get a guy she likes and tell him whats up so he knows that she is interested and he keeps tryinh
Maybe she's scared to get involved and this is the game she's playing. Who knows what's going on in her head, but it's not your problem. If this happens enough with guys she likes, she'll eventually catch on. If not, then she's not ready for anything more than flirting and that's all she'll get. There's nothing wrong with being single and I doubt she'll be single forever, but if she wants to...it's her choice!
tell her the next time a guy is interested in her, to just go for it because in the end she will just end up regretting it, and that she might as well try something new instead of just letting an oppurtunity pass before her eyes. and if she is shy try and make her more confident, and dont allow her to make stupid excuse about boys if they aren't true. using past examples may help to help her clue in as well
Wow my best friend is EXACTLY like that. It's so annoying because she''s so pretty. But she is always hitting guys :S they don't like it. She makes fun of them and laughs at them. She pretends to hate them even when she doesn't then she complains she doesn't have a boyfriend. Stupid...

I have no idea how old she is but maybe she is just not ready for a guy yet. Everyone is different. When I was in high school, many of my girl friends were having sex with their boy friends but I just wasn't ready yet. It cost me some friendships because some girls didn't feel comfortable if their friends weren't doing the same things that they were doing. Don't worry about it, when she is ready or when the right guy approaches her she will stop playing hard to get.
