Should i play hard to get with this guy?

Ok so my crush usually gives me really good signs-He'll make eye contact, smile, look over a lot-the usual stuff. Sometimes he'll act kind of cocky and ignore me. Or it could be shyness..i actually can't tell. Anyway I went to his baseball game and another girl was there who's a friend of his..or so I think. He didnt look over at me that much during the game..and I dont know..Should i play hard to get? Or would it be better to continue as Ive been going and tell him nice game? How do you play hard to get anyway?Should i play hard to get with this guy?
