Should guys really go along when girls play hard to get?

Sure, it gives the girl reassurance the guy likes her and is willing to put in the effort, but how will the guy know she won't use his niceness and exploit that?



A girl or two has exploited that niceness again when I was a little younger, and I dont really want to play along with that anymore. Girls say that's to tell the difference between a good guy and a d-bag, but just because I don't want to chase due to it backfiring on me doesn't mean I'm a d-bag.Should guys really go along when girls play hard to get?
go with what feels right for YOU. if you want someone that's really in the relationship... show it. give her roses. treat her really well. you dont have to chase for it to show an interest...Should guys really go along when girls play hard to get?
i like Alpha PUA's answer but i would add that during the 10-20 minute conversation throw some complements in there. If she sees that your interested but then you 'mysteriously' have to go she will be after you even more. Im the type of girl that likes a guy in control :)
With girls its always a lose or lose situation, you can't win, don't play hard to get, just make that clear and that's all you can do.
dude if you want her this is how you get her. dont be to nice there needs to be a line between comfort and attraction. to much comfort leads to the dreaded friend zone where no one wants to be. and to much attraction leads to being labeled as a player. you need to set the line. their are three things every guy needs to get a girl. Confidence, Humor, and Challenge.

Confidence- be the man actually be the Alpha Male show her who is boss and show her you are not afraid and she does not make you nervous even if she does dont let her know it. when you ask her out take control dont ask, tell her. Ex. ';would you like to hang out with me this weekend';- Beta male aka Lame nice guy. ';hey come hang out with me this weekend and have some real fun.';-Alpha male you took control of the situation and you showed her that weather or not she comes you are still going to have a good time thus making it almost impossible for her to reject you unless she already has plans.



Humor- tease her and dont be afraid and never apologize if she takes it the wrong way. if you are at a party and you play beer pong together and she misses just look at her and say ';wow you suck at this.'; and smile to let her know you are being playful but your not being to nice. she will love that



Challenge- this is what you need to do if you want her. text her and talk to her for a little amount of time and then break it off like ';hey i got something to do so ill talk to you l8r.'; even if you dont just say it anyway. this shows that you have a life and your life isnt about her and she will want your attention. you always leave them wanting more. figure out who text who first if it was you then leave it alone for about 3 days and if she doesnt text you then text her and just say whats up. have a little convo for about 10-20 min and then say ';hey i have something to do so ill talk to you later'; and leave it alone until you see her in person if thats 1 day or 5 days. this will show you have a life and your busy and having fun and she would like to be apart of that and you wont look needy. give it a try im waaaay more then sure it will work just dont let her control you. make her fight for your affection if she asks how your weekend was say it was AMAZING! and make up something you did weather its real or not just make it sound like you are a fun guy to be around and she will want to be around you more. dont chase her make her chase you. be the Alpha Male. good luck and hope everything works out.
